Instead of self-install, if you already have a Verizon account for the device, which I now did, they say call this Lenovo activation number. These systems would be custom models and not generally available in the market. I really can learn from here. It finds a roaming Verizon net, but not my 3 network.
I was under the impression only non-lenovo cards had to be pin20 modified. Message 5 of Message 6 of Drivers have been tested and reinstalled to ad nauseum.
