I tried the head cleaning, and during head cleaning, the black stopped. To be honest I had over a hundred dollars worth of ink cartridges left from the last epon and the Epson was the only other printer that would use the same cartridges and that is sgylus only reason I bought the Nightmare but ink prices can’t be beat Both me and a collegue purchased this printer.
