What about the hard drive replacement during the RAID-1 hard drive failure, Can I simply shutdown the server and then replace the broken hard drive with the same capacity to resume the RAID rebuilding?

I’ve had the intel controller on 4 occasions degrade the raid and reporting a bad drive. I wonder why they think they’re cool or their post will remain.
